KV Works, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and operates many programs including, but not limited to: The Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA), IMPACT, and WorkSmart business services solutions. Major funding is provided through the Center of Workforce Innovations. KV Works provides services across a ten-county area in Northwest Indiana, including: Fulton, Jasper, LaPorte, Lake, Marshall, Porter, Pulaski, Newton, Starke, and St. Joseph. KV Works is a partner in the State of Indiana’s WorkOne system.
